Old Oak tenants may apply for a transfer via Family Mosaic (our parent company) or via London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. You should apply for a transfer if you require a smaller or larger sized property. If you require a move to a property which is the same size as your current one (like for like) then you are advised to apply for a mutual exchange.
If you were an Old Oak tenant prior to March 1999 please contact the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to make a request for a transfer. If you became an Old Oak tenant after March 1999 then please apply via entry to their housing register.

If you are tranfering via Family Mosaic:
The chance to move within Family Mosaic housing stock is limited because the number of tenants requesting a move greatly exceeds the number of homes available. Family Mosaic are required to offer half of all non-family-sized homes and three-quarters of all family-sized homes to local people in housing need nominated by the local authority. Most of Family Mosaic’s new developments are reserved as a funding requirement for people on local authority housing lists. However, Family Mosaic aim to maximise choice by making available as many options as possible to tenants who want to move, and help them to decide which option is best for them by operating a choice-based lettings system.
